Oregon Roof Moss Removal and Moss Prevention

Moss is a common sight on roofs, especially in damp and shaded areas. Although it may seem harmless, moss can cause serious damage to your roof and home. It’s essential to remove moss regularly to maintain your roof’s integrity and prolong its lifespan. Moss is more than just an eyesore on your roof. It’s a living organism that can cause significant damage over time. Moss thrives in damp environments and can trap moisture on your roof. This moisture can penetrate your shingles and cause rot, mold, and other types of water damage. Additionally, moss can grow between shingles, which can cause them to lift and create gaps. This can lead to water leaks and more extensive damage. At PDX Roof Care our roof cleaning services use soft wash techniques that will leave your roof looking new.

With PDX Roof Care you can rest assured that your roof will be cleaned with care, precision and skill. Our roof cleaning services come with a variety of packages including moss removal and moss inhibitor, roof soft wash, mold and algae soft wash, or a roof blow off.
